How Much Can I Save by Replacing My Old Furnace Now?
Is the cost of fuel and energy getting you hot under the collar?
You can do something about it. The cost of energy is becoming one of
homeowners’ largest expenses. With regulatory agencies across the
country granting power companies double digit energy increases, it
isn’t going to get better.
Here at “Doc” Dancer Inc. we are dedicated to giving you the right
product for your home, not the most expensive. Sure the super-duper
high-end equipment works great! But if it isn’t the best investment
for your comfort and budget we won’t suggest it. After all we’ve
been providing superior service, before and after the sale, for over
60 years.
Remember friends…As part of the Fort Wayne community we’re all in
this together and we CAN each do our part to save our earth’s
natural resources while saving money at the same time!
So how much can I save with new equipment? Below you will find the savings a typical homeowner can expect to
see with a new Rheem/Ruud 92% plus efficiency furnace.
With 5 year payment plans for as little as $70 per month or less, it
is easy to see how your energy savings can be greater than the
investment of replacing your old equipment.
These calculations are based on a typical 1980’s type home
construction, gas rates of $1.17 a therm, and an average number of
heating hours for northern Indiana. A gas rate increase of 5% per
year is also included in the calculations. Larger and older homes
can see even more savings. Plus if you get a new heat pump with
environmentally safe 410-A refrigerant, you can save even more when
combined with a new high efficiency furnace.
Today, with the rising cost of energy,
the rising cost of equipment,
not to mention the fall in housing market prices…
NOW is the time to add value to your home,
and start saving money on utilities costs!
