Why a maintenance agreement? We all get (or should get) oil changes for our car on a regular basis. Why do we do this? To take care of our vehicle and protect our engine from breakdowns that result in expensive repairs. Similarly, it is important to take care of your furnace and a/c equipment so that you can avoid most breakdowns that result in expensive repairs. The Doc offers a PPS agreement, which stands for Peak Performance Service agreement. With our PPS agreement you get the following benefits:

- Check Freon charge with Superheat test
- Check suction and liquid line temperatures
- Check discharge and suction pressures
- Check and clean indoor and outdoor coils
- Check all electrical connections
- Check air filter
- Check amp draw on motors and compressors
- Check and test all safety devices
- Check Oil condenser fan motor
- Check condensate drain line
- Check for proper temperature drop
- Check and adjust blower speed for optimum cooling performance
- Check thermostat for proper performance
- Recommend corrective action where needed
Docs Complete Furnace Care
- Check for carbon monoxide leaks
- Clean and tune all controls
- Clean and adjust burners for peak efficiency
- Check and test safety limits
- Check thermostat for correct heat anticipator setting
- Check all electrical connections
- Check and inspect ignition system
- Check flue for proper venting
- Check blower performance for most efficient air flow
- Check air filter
- Check and oil all bearings
- Check gas controls for leaks
- Check and adjust for proper heat rise
- Check supply/return air temp
- Recommend corrective action where needed
