1. Check Freon charge with Superheat test
2. Check suction and liquid line temperatures
3. Check discharge and suction pressures
4. Check and clean indoor and outdoor coils
5. Check all electrical connections
6. Check air filter
7. Check amp draw on motors and compressors
8. Check and test all safety devices
9. Check Oil condenser fan motor
10. Check condensate drain line
11. Check for proper temperature drop
12. Check and adjust blower speed for optimum cooling performance
13. Check thermostat for proper performance
14. Recommend corrective action where needed

1. Check for carbon monoxide leaks
2. Clean and tune all controls
3. Clean and adjust burners for peak efficiency
4. Check and test safety limits
5. Check thermostat for correct heat anticipator setting
6. Check all electrical connections
7. Check and inspect ignition system
8. Check flue for proper venting
9. Check blower performance for most efficient air flow
10. Check air filter
11. Check and oil all bearings
12. Check gas controls for leaks
13. Check and adjust for proper heat rise
14. Check supply/return air temp
15. Recommend corrective action where needed
