Doc Dancer replaced my A/C and furnace as they were nearly 20 years old with a new Bryant system. Consistent with all the other reviews … Doc Dancer impresses with legit installation and seems. Dale assessed our aging system and designed several options. He bent over backwards to answer all my questions and provide good honest direction. Installation was professional. Really impressed with the results and the cleanliness of the work areas (inside and outside). Our home is significantly more comfortable. Great experience. Would recommend highly. The entire process from quoting, negotiating, sale, and service was excellent with these guys. Nate and Steve were up front, honest, and I didn’t feel like I was getting a sales pitch the whole time. Daniel arrived on time, introduced himself and was very efficient in his service. He explained how the heat pump works in terms I understood. What a nice, wonderful young man. Jason Forschner was incredibly helpful and was able to assist me over the phone to get my furnace going. The other company have left their jumper connection on my unit and kept interfering with the thermostat function. I called them several time and no return calls and then they wanted to charge me to have someone come look at it again for something they had done. I explained to Jason what the issue was and he clearly knew what was wrong and walked me through it. Less the 10 minutes my furnace was working properly. Thank you to Doc Dancer. Korte should take notes on customer service from Doc Dance and the professionalism of Jason Forschner!

Seth was great! Very professional.
He explained his experience with mini splits and specifically the Fujitsu. He pointed out the sound that concerned me was coming from the condenser motor. He gave me some tips about cleaning the unit. He also gave me a quote on replacing the condenser motor if it goes out.
